A receipt-bookkeeping product for Hong Kong businesses. Photograph a receipt once — the AI reads the merchant, date and amount, files the renamed original, and the year ends with one accountant-ready Excel pack instead of a shoebox.
Overview
Hong Kong business expenses are deductible, but only the ones you can produce a receipt for. Most small companies lose that paper somewhere between the till and the accountant, and quietly hand over the tax anyway.
The studio designed and built the whole product around removing that gap: capture on the phone, AI extraction the owner only has to confirm, automatic sorting by category and by company, and a single Excel pack at year end with every original image attached. The interface, the marketing site and the billing flow all run in English and Traditional Chinese.
Build a bookkeeping tool a busy owner will actually keep using — fast enough to do at the counter, and honest enough that the accountant can work straight from the output.
A bilingual web app covering the whole loop: capture, AI extraction and confirmation, multi-company and multi-currency sorting, subscription billing, and a one-file Excel export with the receipt images packed alongside it.
A dark, quiet canvas that puts the arithmetic first — what an unfiled receipt costs — with the product itself shown as a working extraction rather than a stock photo. The same page reads in Traditional Chinese without a separate layout.
Next.js and Supabase, with per-organisation isolation enforced at the database row level and verified by an automated check, Stripe for plans and trials, and a generated Excel pack grouped by company and subtotalled per currency.
