An internal operations platform for Wisdom Little Scientists, a multi-branch education centre. Staff log teaching sessions, managers review them by branch, and payroll follows from the same record, in English and Traditional Chinese.
Overview
Wisdom Little Scientists runs classes across several Hong Kong branches. The studio designed and built one web app to replace the scattered tracking of sessions, staff hours, and pay.
Staff log a session in a couple of taps, managers see every branch's activity and approve logs in one place, and a payroll summary is drawn from the same data, with the whole interface available in English and Traditional Chinese. Built mobile-first for staff on the floor.
Staff across multiple branches needed a fast, consistent way to log teaching sessions, and managers needed those logs in one place to review and to run payroll.
A single bilingual web app: one-tap session logging, branch-level staff overviews and log review, and a payroll summary built from the same records.
